I think it was one of those old time dudes like Plato or Aristotle … or Keith Richards.
You don’t have to be the proud owner of a Frequent Guest Pass at your local rehab facility to know that putting this philosophy into practice is easier said than done.
We are a country built on excess. It’s all around us every day.
Go into any one of the Big Three fast food joints in the country and you can find a Big Mac, a Gordita or a Whopper.
And that’s just the dude who works the register. zing!
In the spirit that made this country great, we bring you the Friday Six. Twenty percent more links without the pesky alliteration.
Because if anyone really believed in moderation, the Teachings of Buddha would outsell Viagra … and that’s not happening anytime soon.
Especially not now since the Dalai Lama’s getting up in years…
